I believe that Spotfund has a great customer service team, while making the donation and writing my comments I made a mistake and right away i sent an email to Spotfund with my concern, within minutes I received an email from them and the issue was resolved. That’s great customer service, it shows that Quality is their main concern.

Late the other night, after making a contribution, I found to my surprise that my name had been displayed publicly, despite my intention to hide it. I thought I had filled out the form appropriately; I'm not sure what went wrong (I'd been successful hiding it in the past). I imagine the problem was likely at my end. I emailed Support asking whether my name could be hidden on that contribution. Within eight hours, shortly after the start of the next business day (my time zone), I got a friendly mail letting me know that the problem had been corrected. I appreciated very much the prompt and friendly assistance!
