The interface is simple and straightforward, queries are answered almost immediately, and the platform is really there for you, the person trying to campaign for support. I've tried others and I think SpotFund is head and shoulders ahead of the pack. I recommend it highly.

The platform is much cheaper than others, the recipient funds aren’t drained by fees. Donors appreciated that they’re not forced to leave a tip. It’s easy to use and manage.

The spot fund was extremely easy to setup and use. It was equally easier to link a bank account and withdraw funds. At a time my family was navigating a very difficult time, we needed a platform that was simple. I had started the campaign through another platform, and the other one was such a pain to deal with I stopped using it immediately and switched to spot fund. In the amount of time it took just to receive an answer from the other platforms customer service - we were able to raise thousands of dollars and cash them out on behalf of my family during a difficult tragedy. I'd highly recommend spotfund over other platforms for their ease of use and timeliness.
