A first-time crowdfunder's musings

This is my first crowdfunding campaign, so I did some cursory research on what platform best suited my needs. Ease of use, solid customer support, social media integration, and similar factors were important. *spotfund became my top contender, and I'm convinced I made the right decision the longer I use it.

Alternative to GoFundMe

I wanted an alternative to GoFundMe, did some research, and I'm happy with my choice of SpotFund! The setup process was quick, easy, and intuitive. Payouts are also quick and easy. VERY grateful to have this support while I heal from major surgery.

Our family home burnt down and we were in deep trouble. We’re a family of 6 that lives paycheck to paycheck. We used Spotfund to crowdfund and it was amazing. There’s no hassle, no hidden anything and quick payout when you need it. I hope our family never does again, but if we did, we’d use Spotfund again.

Easy to use

Easy to use, I appreciated that they didn't charge a portion of the funds raised for the platform. I had a glitch I needed fix, to change the beneficiary to a contributor and they fixed it right away. Very responsive. I like this better than the other well known fundraising site.

We're thrilled to have found Spotfund. Our ministry makes ocasional use of crowdfunding platforms; and though our results have been fine elsewhere, our recent exerience with Spotfund has been outstanding. Not only was the platform simple to use; we raised more than our goal in one day, and when we did need support - it was not only FAST.. it was a real person. That said, the key to what is undoubtedly going to manifest as great success for this company is their efficiency, and personal attention! I sincerely hope they can maintain this level of professional, personal, and efficient care, when their reviews take them to the top.!
