After complete clarification I have changed my review to 5 stars ! I received my answer swiftly band am pleased with the explanation and the timely answer.And like I told Maria,Whew! That was close 🤭🥰🤩 The concept is admiral however my site states the money raised was $3725.00 and when I requested a payout the email I received after stated that my donations were $3375.00,a difference of $ 350.00. What I would like to know is this....Where is the rest of the money. My money. After taking the 2.9 % plus the other fee of . 30? Per donation I received $3270.52.Please show me what I'm missing here. Thanks, Cathy M Tribble

Amazing service everything was smooth and how they said it would be. Payouts could be easier but they use a separate service for the CC transactions so the payout comes after those small CC fees. It was all reasonable. I am so happy I found this service. We did a memorial fund for our friend.

Donations are deposited in a timely manner, the Senior Vice President, Maria, was awesome in assisting me with what was needed in my situation where I needed one page disabled, and then now, months after that incident, she helped me delete my personal account and reset my phone verification on a new shared account with my fiance, everything moved quickly and effectively!
